Each month group members find four of their favourite pieces of art based on a theme and submit them to Elaine. She sets up a PowerPoint presentation of all the submissions. At the meeting each person gets to talk about their choices, who the artist was and other details. Recent topics have been Minimalism, followed by Pretty Little Things then Arts and Crafts. Opinions on themes vary each month. A Touch of Red was liked by everyone, Aztec Art not so. The themes range across the world taking in Australian Aboriginal art, the Hudson River movement, Oriental art, with frequent visits to India where artists from many countries have found inspiration,

The group continues to thrive. We have prospered under Elaine's skilful guidance and knowledge and not forgetting Frank for his technical input. If you would like more information please contact Elaine
From time to time the group makes a visit to view art at a gallery or museum. There may be additional expenses then.
