The Yompers are an intermediate distance walking group - that's around four to six miles.
Walks take place on the last Thursday of the month and each month there's a different walk.
Yompers meet in the rear car park of Arden Hall at 9:30 am. Car share is usually available. Please note, there may be entrance fees to certain areas or parks on the walk. If you'd like to find out more about the Yompers Walking Group, the lead Contact is Bob Dadd on 07711608591

Please meet at 9.30am for car sharing in the second car park behind Arden Hall. All U3A members are welcome.
Starting from Middleton Hall and bordering onto Kingsbury Water Park, this is a picturesque 4-mile (approx) walk taking in peaceful meadows, woodland and the beautiful RSPB Middleton Lakes.
Car parking is available at Middleton Hall, B78 2AE. A voluntary donation of £3 per vehicle is suggested for using the car park.
Please bring your own food and drinks. There are toilets and cafe facilities in the Middleton Hall Courtyard at the end of the walk, if needed.
September’s walk will take place on Thursday 24th. Walk details are yet to be decided.
